Kforce Q2 Earnings, Revenue Decline

05:23 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kforce ( KFRC ) reported Q2 earnings late Monday of $0.75 per diluted share, down from $0.95 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.73.

Revenue in the quarter ended June 30 fell to $356.3 million from $389.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $356.2 million.

The company expects Q3 earnings of $0.65 to $0.73 a share on revenue of $347 million to $355 million. Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expect EPS of $0.82 with revenue forecast at $363.6 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.38 a share, payable Sept. 27 to shareholders of record Sept. 13.
