Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.61.

Revenue in the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $343.8 million, down from $363.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $342.1 million.

The company said it expects Q1 earnings of $0.44 to $0.52 per share. One analyst surveyed by FactSet expects $0.43.

Kforce ( KFRC ) expects revenue for the quarter of $330 million to $338 million. Analysts expect $339.8 million.

The company raised quarterly dividend to $0.39 a share, payable March 21 to Holders on March 7.
