04:34 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kiboko Gold (KIB.V) after the trade on Thursday appointed Jody Bellefleur as chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective immediately, following the resignation of Bradley Boland.

Bellefleur has more than 15 years of experience with public companies and also serves as CFO of Zimtu Capital ( ZTMUF ) .

The company said Jon Morda and Dr. Olivier Femenias have resigned from the board, effective immediately. Dr. Femenias will continue to serve as an officer of the company.

Kiboko also appointed Matthew Gow to its board, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.17 on TSXV on Thursday.
