03:44 PM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Killam Apartment REIT (KMP-UN.TO) Wednesday declared a July monthly distribution of $0.06 per unit, which will be paid on Aug. 15 to unitholders of record on July 31, consistent with the June distribution.

According to a company statement, Killam offers a distribution reinvestment plan so eligible unitholders may reinvest their cash distributions, on each distribution payment date, in additional units, with participating unitholders to receive an additional distribution of units representing 3% of the amount of the distribution reinvested pursuant to the DRIP.
