Killam Apartment REIT Announces Normal Course Issuer Bid

07:32 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Killam Apartment REIT (KMP-UN.TO) on Monday said the Toronto Stock Exchange has its buyback of up to 6 million of its units.

The normal course issuer bid (NCIB) is expected to start on July 3 and run for one year.

Killam bought back 54,468 units at a weighted average price $16.53 each under its most recent NCIB, which expired on June 23.
