04:21 PM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Killam Apartment REIT (KMP-UN.TO) after close on Friday declared its November monthly distribution.

The distribution of $0.06 per unit will be paid on Dec. 16 to unitholders of record on Nov. 29, and is up slightly from October's distribution of $0.05833 per unit.

Participating unitholders will receive an additional distribution of units representing 3% of the amount of the distribution reinvested pursuant to the distribution reinvestment plan.
