Killam Apartment REIT September Distribution Consistent With Previous Month

04:26 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Killam Apartment REIT (KMP-UN.TO) on Monday declared its September monthly distribution of $0.05833 per unit to be paid on Oct. 15 to unitholders of record on Sept. 27.

This is consistent with the August per unit distribution.

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities.
