09:50 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kilroy Realty ( KRC ) said Thursday it has acquired Maple Plaza in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles for $205 million.

The real estate investment trust said it funded the acquisition with cash on hand and recent sale proceeds.

Maple Plaza is a 293,000-square-foot office campus and 75% of the complex is leased to tenants, the company said.
