Kimco Realty Q2 Funds From Operations, Revenue Gain; Lifts 2024 Outlook

08:24 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kimco Realty ( KIM ) reported Q2 funds from operations Thursday of $0.41 per diluted share, up from $0.39 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.40.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $500.2 million, up from $442.8 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $499.3 million.

The company said it now expects full-year 2024 FFO of $1.60 to $1.62 per diluted share, up from the previous outlook of $1.56 to $1.60. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.60.
