04:56 PM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) after trade on Monday said it is enhancing its Kinaxis Maestro platform by using graphics processing unit (GPU) acceleration powered by NVIDIA cuOpt and NVIDIA artificial intelligence infrastructure.
In testing with a large semiconductor supply chain model containing nearly 50 million decision variables, Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) was able to reduce planning cycles from more than three hours to about 17 minutes, while maintaining similar solution quality, the company added.
Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) also reported that the core optimization process became 23 times faster, cutting computing time by more than 95% and reducing runtimes from hours to minutes.
"By integrating NVIDIA cuOpt into its Maestro platform, Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) is empowering customers to achieve planning agility and scenario iteration to help navigate rapid change," NVIDIA's director of decision intelligence, Alex Fender, said.
Kinaxis ( KXSCF ) plans to present these developments at NVIDIA GTC 2026, according to the statement.
Earlier Monday, TELUS ( TU ) (T.TO, TU) and Fortanix announced a new Confidential AI solution, built on NVIDIA, that they say "enables organizations to train and deploy AI on their most sensitive data with cryptographic proof that it remains securely within Canadian jurisdiction".
