Jan 13 (Reuters) - Kinder Morgan ( KMI ) said on Monday

its subsidiary, Hiland Partners Holdings, had agreed to purchase

a natural gas gathering and processing system in North Dakota

from Outrigger Energy II LLC for $640 million.
