KinderCare Learning Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2025 Outlook Revised

04:44 PM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KinderCare Learning ( KLC ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.22 per diluted share, up from $0.15 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.26.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 28 rose to $700.1 million from $689.9 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $705.7 million.

The company expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $0.77 to $0.82 per diluted share, compared with the previous $0.75 to $0.85. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.79.

The company expects full-year revenue of $2.75 billion to $2.80 billion, compared with the previous $2.75 billion to $2.85 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect of $2.78 billion.
