07:39 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kindly MD (KDLY) said Friday that it has changed its Nasdaq ticker to "NAKA" from "KDLY" effective the same day to reflect its new Bitcoin treasury strategy with its planned merger with Nakamoto Holdings.

The company said the ticker change also follows the recent approval of its merger by shareholders and the Utah Department of Commerce's approval for Kindly to do business under the name Nakamoto.

The ticker for Kindly's tradable warrants was also updated to "NAKAW" from "KDLYW," the company added.
