05:56 PM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KindlyMD (KDLY) said late Tuesday the majority of the shareholders approved a proposed merger with Nakamoto Holdings, a Bitcoin treasury company.

The companies will file an information statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a statement.

The deal is expected to close 20 days following the date when the companies mail the information statement to KindlyMD shareholders, the company said.
