05:19 PM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kinetik Holdings ( KNTK ) said late Wednesday that Apache unit Apache Midstream has launched a secondary offering of 11,373,801 class A Kinetik ( KNTK ) shares.

The selling stockholder plans to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to 1,706,070 additional shares.

The company said its chief executive is interested in acquiring shares in the offering from the underwriters.

Kinetik ( KNTK ) shares were down nearly 6% in after-hours activity.
