Kingsoft Cloud CFO He Haijian Resigns

12:48 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kingsoft Cloud ( KC ) said Wednesday that He Haijian has resigned as executive director and chief financial officer, effective June 30, citing personal commitments.

The company said He had no claims against Kingsoft Cloud ( KC ) and no disagreements with the board.

Shares of Kingsoft Cloud ( KC ) were down more than 2% in recent trading.

Price: 12.81, Change: -0.28, Percent Change: -2.14
