Kingsway Financial Acquires @Work International From RCI Pacific

11:15 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kingsway Financial Services ( KFS ) said Wednesday its Systems Products International unit has acquired Australia-based cloud-native timeshare software firm @Work International from RCI Pacific.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is immediately accretive to the company's adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, Kingsway added.
