09:43 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kingsway Financial Services ( KFS ) said Monday that it has formed Kingsway Skilled Trades and acquired privately held MLC Plumbing, doing business as Bud's Plumbing, for $5 million, plus deal expenses and a working capital adjustment.

The deal was funded with cash and a $1.25 million seller note and is expected to be immediately accretive, Kingsway Financial said.
