07:57 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kingsway Financial Services ( KFS ) said Wednesday it has acquired Roundhouse Electric & Equipment for $22.4 million, plus transaction expenses and a working capital adjustment.

The company said it funded the acquisition with $10.4 million from existing cash and $11 million from a senior credit facility.

Kingsway also said the selling shareholders are keeping an economic interest in the go-forward entity as part of the transaction.
