10:38 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kingsway Financial Services ( KFS ) said Wednesday its Ravix Group subsidiary has completed the acquisition of The HR Team, a Maryland-based human resources firm.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction closed Friday and was funded through cash on hand and a seller note, the company said.
