Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.32.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $180.9 million, compared with $112.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $167.4 million.

Shares of Kiniksa were down more than 6% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
