Kioxia prices IPO at 1,455 yen per share

TOKYO (Reuters) - Bain Capital-backed chipmaker Kioxia has priced its initial public offering at 1,455 yen ($9.71) per share, it said in a filing on Monday.

That compares with a tentative price range of 1,390 to 1,520 yen per share for the IPO.

($1 = 149.8700 yen)
