03:54 PM EDT, 09/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kits Eyecare ( KTYCF ) , Friday said it filed a final short-form prospectus ahead of a secondary offering of shares by shareholders that looks to raise $11.42 million.

Shareholders Roger Hardy, Joseph Thompson and LD Group Holdings are selling an underwriting syndicate 1.31-million shares priced at $10.50 each, while offering the buyers an over-allotment option of a further 168,750 shares.

Kits will receive none of the funds from the offering.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.12 to $9.33 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
