10:44 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR & Co. ( KKR ) said Monday it has acquired a class A logistics property adjacent to the Nashville International Airport in Tennessee.

The two-building, multi-tenant industrial property has direct access to downtown Nashville in addition to several major interstate highways. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

KKR shares were fractionally lower during Monday trading.
