KKR Acquires Six Industrial Warehouses in US for $377 Million

04:55 PM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said Monday it purchased a portfolio of six fully leased industrial warehouses in key US locations for about $377 million.

The acquisition of the roughly 2 million square feet of properties has brought KKR's total warehouse acquisitions in the US this year to nearly 6 million square feet, the company said.
