KKR Boosts Stake in Eni Mobility Venture Through 600-Million-Euro Transaction

09:54 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) has increased its equity stake in Enilive, the mobility transformation company launched by Italian energy company Eni (E), boosting its interest to 30% following a 601-million-euro ($681.3 million) transaction that values Enilive at around 11.75 billion euros, the companies said Friday.

Eni and the US private equity firm disclosed plans Feb. 18 for KKR to add to its original 25% purchased for 2.94 billion euros late last year, the companies said.

KKR shares were 3.5% lower soon after Friday's opening bell while Eni shares were up 3.2% in initial trade.
