KKR Buys $2.1 Billion Real Estate Portfolio from Quarterra

04:53 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said late Tuesday it acquired a portfolio of 18 multifamily assets from a fund sponsored by real estate firm Quarterra Multifamily for $2.1 billion.

The portfolio of mid-rise and high-rise buildings consists of 5,200 units, including eight US states mainly in coastal and Sun Belt markets, KKR said.
