KKR Buys Portfolio of Four Industrial Warehouses in Florida

05:37 PM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said Monday it purchased a portfolio of four class A industrial warehouses in Central Florida.

The properties, encompassing around 1.2 million square feet, are situated at the junction of Interstate 4 and U.S. Route 27 in southwest Orlando.

The assets are fully leased to five tenants, according to the company.

KKR said it is purchasing the portfolio via its KKR Real Estate Partners Americas III fund.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
