07:39 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR & Co ( KKR ) said Monday it has completed its acquisition of a 12-building industrial logistics park in Houston, Texas, from Artis Real Estate Investment Trust for about $234 million.

Park 8Ninety, which comprises approximately 1.8 million square feet on 127 acres, contains a mix of class A single-tenant and multi-tenant modern logistics buildings, the company said.
