KKR, HarbourView Equity Partners Complete $500 Million Debt Financing

07:35 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR- (KKR) managed insurance vehicles participated in HarbourView Equity Partners' recently closed $500 million debt financing, HarbourView said Monday.

The transaction follows a similar debt financing of nearly $500 million between KKR, HarbourView and other investors last year, the company said.

HarbourView said the latest deal was a private securitization backed by its music portfolio, which includes more than 70 music catalogs comprising more than 35,000 songs.
