11:54 AM EDT, 08/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) and Korber said Tuesday their joint venture Korber Supply Chain Software agreed to acquire MercuryGate International, which provides transportation management systems.

Financial terms weren't disclosed. MercuryGate is based in Cary, North Carolina.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

KKR's shares rose 3.6% in recent trading Tuesday.
