04:37 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said late Monday it has launched Ascend Asia Financial Services Group, a new financial advisory platform based in Singapore.

Ascend Asia has agreed to acquire finexis advisory and its affiliates via KKR-managed funds.

KKR said finexis will continue operating under its own brand. The deal has received in-principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, with closing expected in Q3.
