KKR Raises Offer for Fuji Soft to $63.45 a Share

06:13 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) raised its offer for Fuji Soft to to 9,850 Japanese yen ($63.45) per share, from 9,451 yen previously, according to media reports Tuesday.

Media outlets said KKR also extended the tender offer period through Feb. 19 from the previous Feb. 7 deadline.

KKR and Fuji Soft did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
