KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Q2 Adjusted Loss Narrows, Revenue Falls

05:48 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR Real Estate Finance Trust ( KREF ) reported a Q2 adjusted loss late Tuesday of $0.04 per diluted share, narrowing from the loss of $1.57 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.02.

Revenue, expressed as the sum of net interest income and other income, in the three months ended June 30 fell to $35.9 million from $47.7 million a year earlier.
