07:16 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) and Stonepeak Partners have received approval from the European Commission to jointly acquire control of UK-based Assura, the regulator said Wednesday.

The Commission said that the transaction does not raise competition concerns because the joint venture has minimal activity within the European Economic Area and the combined market presence of the companies remains limited.
