06:10 AM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- KKR & Co ( KKR ) said Thursday it plans to launch a tender offer to acquire all outstanding equity of Japanese software company FUJI SOFT at a price of 8,800 Japanese yen ($60.19) per share.

The company plans to finance the deal primarily from its Asian Fund IV.

The tender offer is expected to start in H2, subject to regulatory approvals.
