KKR to Sell Integrated Specialty Coverages to Onex Partners

03:08 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) will sell Integrated Specialty Coverages to Onex Partners, the companies said in a Thursday statement.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

All of Integrated Specialty Coverages' nearly 400 employees will receive cash payouts on their ownership stakes in the company upon closing of the deal, the companies said.

KKR shares rose 3.7% in recent trading.
