03:38 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) has agreed to sell a minority stake in Pinnacle Towers to British Columbia Investment Management, the companies said Sunday.

Financial terms of the deal, expected to close by Q3, were not disclosed.

KKR will remain the majority stakeholder of Pinnacle Towers, a Philippines-focused telecommunications infrastructure and tower platform, the companies said.
