KKR to Sell Novaria to Arcline Investment Management for $2.2 Billion

08:28 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) has agreed to sell aerospace and defense components maker Novaria Group to Arcline Investment Management in a deal valued at $2.2 billion, the two firms said Monday.

All Novaria employees will receive cash payouts under the company's employee ownership program, the firms said.
