10:34 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OneStream and a group of shareholders that includes KKR (KKR) are offering 24.5 million shares in its US initial public offering, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Monday.

The IPO price of the class A common shares will be between $17 and $19 per share, according to the filing. The company is offering about 18.05 million shares while the selling shareholders are offering about 6.45 million shares.

The software company has applied to list the shares on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol OS, it said.
