KKR's Acquisition of Japan's Topcon Gets EU Approval

07:15 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- KKR's (KKR) acquisition of sole control of Japan's Topcon has been approved by the European Commission, the Commission said on Wednesday.

The Commission said it does not expect the transaction to raise competition concerns.
