04:54 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Klaviyo ( KVYO ) announced late Wednesday the launch of a secondary public offering of 6.5 million of its class A common shares by Summit Partners-affiliated entities.

The selling stockholders will offer underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional 975,000 shares, according to a statement.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
