09:44 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Klaviyo ( KVYO ) said Friday that certain selling shareholders have priced a secondary offering of 6.5 million series A common Klaviyo ( KVYO ) shares.

The technology company said the selling shareholders granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares.

Klaviyo ( KVYO ) expects the offering to close on Thursday and said it will not receive any of the proceeds.
