05:27 PM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kneat.com ( KSIOF ) after trade Tuesday said a medical device and healthcare therapies manufacturer signed a three-year master services agreement with Kneat to improve its computer system validation process (CSV).

The company is based in the United States with operations in Latin America and Europe. It sells medical solutions globally and is part of a larger life sciences organization, according to the statement.

The company will use Kneat Gx initially for CSV as it looks to shift from a manual, paper-based process to a streamlined digital one, Kneat.com ( KSIOF ) added.

The financial details of the agreement were not given.
