Knife River Q2 Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2025 Sales Outlook Cut

07:44 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Knife River (KNF) reported Q2 earnings Tuesday of $0.89 per share, down from $1.37 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.40.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $833.8 million, compared with $806.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $886.6 million.

The company said it now expects its fiscal 2025 revenue in the range of $3.10 billion to $3.30 billion, compared with $3.25 billion to $3.45 billion anticipated previously.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.28 billion.
