Knight-Swift Transportation Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; EPS Guidance Set

05:30 PM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Knight-Swift Transportation ( KNX ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.34 per diluted share, down from $0.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.32.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Sept. 30 was $1.88 billion, down from $2.02 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.91 billion.

The freight transportation company expects adjusted EPS will range from $0.32 to $0.36 during Q4 and from $0.29 to $0.33 during Q1, 2025. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.34 and $0.36, respectively.

Shares traded 2% higher in after-hours activity.
