Knight-Swift Transportation Sells FleetAero Assets to Transtex

08:56 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Knight-Swift Transportation ( KNX ) has sold its FleetAero assets to Transtex, the latter said Monday.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

The acquisition extends Transtex's aerodynamic technology platform and supports its position as an integrated provider of fleet-efficiency services, according to Transtex.
