Knorex Prices 3 Million Class A Shares IPO at $4 per Share; Expects $12 Million in Gross Proceeds

10:36 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Knorex ( KNRX ) said Monday it has priced its initial public offering of 3 million Class A ordinary shares at $4 per share for expected gross proceeds of $12 million.

The company said it has granted underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 450,000 shares at the same price to cover over-allotments.

Knorex ( KNRX ) said the offering is expected to close on or about Tuesday.

The company said its Class A ordinary shares were expected to begin trading Monday on the NYSE American, under the ticker "KNRX."
