05:00 PM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KNOT Offshore Partners ( KNOP ) said late Thursday that discussions over a potential buyout offer from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers have been terminated.

Following several months of review and discussions, the parties determined that an agreement could not be reached, effectively terminating the proposed transaction, it added.

Shares of KNOT Offshore Partners ( KNOP ) were down 5% in extended trading.
