The tech company's new name and ticker symbol, which was changed from "KNW," follow the completion of the $125 million acquisition of a controlling stake in the company by Goldeneye 1995, an affiliate of newly appointed USBC ( KNW ) Chairman and Chief Executive Greg Kidd.
